Green Tea and Matcha 緑茶と抹茶

緑茶や抹茶にはカテキンがたくさん含まれてます。カテキンの1つ、EGCGはガンの血管新生を抑制し、ガン細胞の自然死を促進し、そしてガンの幹細胞を死滅させます。さらに、乳ガンや肝臓の腫瘍の発現を抑制します。
Green tea and matcha are rich in catechins. One type of catechin, EGCG, suppresses angiogenesis, promotes death of cancer cells, and destroys cancer stem cells. Studies have also found to suppress development of breast cancer and liver tumors.
緑茶や抹茶には他にたくさんの健康効果もあります。例えば、脳の機能を向上させ、脂肪の燃焼を高め、口の中の細菌を死滅させて歯の健康をサポートし、さらに2型糖尿病のリスクを下げます。
Green tea and matcha have other health benefits, too. For example, they improve brain function, increase fat burning, support dental health by killing harmful bacteria in the mouth, and reduce the risk of type-2 diabetes. 
抹茶は緑茶より抗酸化成分が豊富です。私は抹茶を毎日飲みます。特に好きな飲み方は、ココナッツミルクとミネラルウォーター同量に、抹茶の粉とスピルリーナの粉を少し加えて、それに有機の生ハチミツも少々加えて少し甘くします。ただ、抹茶は緑茶よりカフェインが随分多いため、1日に一回だけ朝に飲みます。
Matcha has more antioxidants than regular green tea. I drink matcha (powdered green tea) every day. I like to make a drink out of equal amounts of coconut milk and mineral water and add some matcha powder and spirulina along with a little organic raw honey to sweeten it up. Then I heat it up and I drink it warm. But because matcha has much more caffeine that regular green tea, I only drink one cup a day in the morning.
