want、hope、wish、desire（第６２構文）

どれも「願望」を表現する他動詞ですが、使い方が違います。
◇to～
唯一の共通点です。どれも不定詞のことシリーズを後ろに従えます。
■僕はそこに行きたい。
I want to go there.
I hope to go there.
I wish to go there.
I desire to go there.
◇人to～
人に何かをして欲しい場合の「人to～」は hope には使えません。
■僕は君にそこに行って欲しい。
I want you to go there.
I wish you to go there.
I desire you to go there.
◇that＋文
ことシリーズの that＋文は want では使えません。それに wish は後ろに仮定法がきます。that はほとんどの場合省略します。
■君がそこに行ってくれるといいと思う。
I hope [that] you will go there.
I desire [that] you will go there.
■今あたしが鳥だったらなあ。
I wish [that] I were a bird.

    と解説されていますが、どのように変形したかが分からなかったので、教えて下さい。
