youは前にやった「一般のyou」です。省略なしの完全文ですから、歌としては言葉が多すぎて耳障りな文になってます。これを「軽やかでリズム感あふれる」文にするのが「, -ing」でしたね。では、やってみましょう。先ず、「①接続詞を消す」です。
You get to know that love is bittersweet and strange, and you find that you can change,  and you learn that you were wrong.

「知って and 分かって and思い知る」のandを消しました。bittersweet and strangeのandは「形容詞and形容詞」で、動作を結んでいませんから消してはいけません。次に「②主語が同じだから消す」です。最初のYouは省略の痕跡として残しておきます。そしてthat文の中のyouを消してしまっては「文」にならないので残します。こんな具合です。
You get to know that love is bittersweet and strange, and you find that you can change,  and you learn that you were wrong.

最後に「③動詞を-ingにする」です。
You get to know that love is bittersweet and strange, and you finding that you can change,  and you learning that you were wrong.

「経験から学ぶ」という意味の動詞が３つ使われていますね。get to know, find, learnです。主語は全部「一般のyou」です。そこから、「人は知る＋何を」が３つ連続している構造が見えてきます。目的語「何を」はthat文のことシリーズだから、このthatも省略ができます。
