佐藤君！日本語でも「このレストランの料理でこれが一番おいしい」と「このレストランでこの料理が一番おいしい」の違いはありません。英作文ならどちらも正解ですし、並べ替えなら、正解が２つ以上ある問題は成立しません。あまり気にしないことですね。
