As we have seen thus far, Japan’s handling of COVID 19 cannot be viewed as a success because it was one step behind the situation.  But, strange to say, the death rate is extremely low in comparison with other countries. The reasons for this are said to be the Japanese love of hygiene, that Asians have genetic immunity, and so on.  The death rate in India, however, is also low, and there is certainly not a high level of sanitation in India in most areas.  And in America, the mixed-race nation, Asian persons’ death rate is not low.  It is exaggerating to think of this strange situation as “Japan’s Miracle.” But without doubt Japan has been lucky.
