学学さん！introduceは「人を紹介する」「文化を伝える」「システムを導入する」くらいの意味を覚えておけば良いでしょう。でも、安心してください。３つとも「inttoduce [人・文化・システム] to～」の形が使えます。こんな具合です。
⊿私の友人の福士さんをご紹介します。
Let me introduce my friend Fukushi to you.
⊿パンはポルトガルから日本に伝わった。
Bread was introduced to Japan from Portugal.
⊿私たちはフレックスタイム制を導入した。
We introduced frex-time systems to our office.

文化の伝搬やシステムの導入の場合にはtoの代わりにintoを使うこともありますが、どちらでも良いものを問題化することはありません。英作の時に困ったらtoにしておけば良いわけです。
