Let me explain the fifty-sixth Kanji character of the 80s for beginners, 「口」.
「口」=mouth
on – yomi「コウ」
kun – yomi「くち」
I asked a question of old people over 90 years of age about what was the biggest regret of your life. And they said in chorus that they should have been more adventurous.
◇90才(きゅうじゅっさい)以上(いじょう)の老人= old people over 90 years of age
◇一生(いっしょう)で= of one’s life
◇冒険(ぼうけん)する= take a risk [or chance], choose a slippery slope
*”they should have chosen a slippery slope rather than a wide and safe road”にしても良かったかも。
The Bible says, “Enter by the narrow gate; for the gate is wide and the way is easy, that leads to destruction.”
